Welcome to a new season of ski racing at TSC. I am excited at what the Race Department has to offer for the 2009/10 ski racing season. The VISION is to continue to be recognized in Ontario and across Canada as a leading Ski Club delivering quality programs. The MISSION is to provide the highest quality alpine programs in a safe, supportive sport environment that allows all participants to achieve their personal goals, perform their personal best, and grow from their experiences.
Our GOAL is to deliver an athletic program that allows TSC athletes to stand on the podium at every level. It is with great pleasure that the TSC Race Department rolls out the 2009/10 racing programs!
Race programs begin with athletes that have attained their "STEP 5" in our Snow Centre, then the world of racing opens up to them. We offer programs ranging from introductory to enhanced racing. As it is extremely important that we place your child in the correct program we will spend a considerable amount of time over Christmas assessing the skill levels of each individual athlete and placing them in the best suited team for their needs.
All of our race programs are available to TSC members, as well we offer our enhanced programs to Jozo Weider members, this allows us the opportunity to hire the very best coaches for these programs, and our enhanced programs are ranked with the best in Ontario.
