President's Message

It is now mid November, and some big fluffy snowflakes are floating past my window – and our members are

chomping at the bit for that first run.  Our pre season camp to Sun Peaks was a sellout, and there are some

eager athletes soon to be on their way West.  Shortly afterward, the Tremblant Alpine Ontario Camps will

run in mid December, and we are hoping that cold weather will come soon in Ontario so Blue can crank up

those big beautiful guns across our mountain.  Our ski racing, snow boarding and freestyle programs

have improved markedly over the last few years, under the approachable leadership of Jeff Jones (CSIA Level IV)

and his team.

For the upcoming season, our membership, will return to their ‘new ‘ clubhouse, after a $2.8M improvement

last year.  Our staff have continued putting the final touches on the interior design and other elements

and the results are fantastic – we have a great new facility, and an experienced management team who has

elevated our member experience. There are few clubs which can match our live music Saturday après, and

fewer still who offer access to world class snowmaking, grooming and early season openings.  We will be

skiing before everyone else, and skiing longer in the season.  We offer the opportunity to ski way more days

and nights than any other club.

This years socials include our Grand Opening Bash in early January with a torchlight parade for the kids,

fireworks, and an intimate dinner by Executive Chef Tony Bagg.  We also have the Oyster apres

with the Honey Harbor Hummers, a Wine tasting event, and our fund raising Gala, Black Tie and Blue

Jeans with the Orangemen again this year.  There is Robbie Burns night, several family dinners, and

several apres events sepcifically designed for the kids. Chef Tony also offers us exclusive personal dining

some Friday nights this year, where you can enjoy fine dining and personal table service, coupled with

wines personally selected by our GM and resident sommelier Paul Cadieux.  You can’t get that at any

other club. TSC ‘rocks’ for all our members, especially the adults-only TBar lounge, where adults dance

and mingle every Saturday afternoon.

It is because of this value – more great skiing, top notch alpine programs and a world class apres and social

atmosphere, that we have attracted many new members.  If you are looking for a great place to spend
